MSG's Source

For my article, I'm thinking about writing about MSG's or Monosodium Glutamate. MSG's were discovered in the late 19th century and early 20th century. They are used in almost all snacks as a flavor enhancer. My article is from Cornell College and tells the history of MSG's and what group the are associated with which is amino acids. Here is a link to the article: http://www.cornellcollege.edu/chemistry/cstrong/512/msg.pdf. This source does a very nice job of describing exactly what MSG's are, what they do, and the history behing them.
